I ordered the customized blend based on the reading I've done about oils that might help me sleep. I suffer from insomnia and have recently been diagnosed with sleep apnea and AFIB. I explained my issues and this company went out of the way to help me. I've slept half an hour to an hour more using the blend! I put outside the intake of my CPAP machine. I can't say more about the personal care the company provides to make sure you're satisfied with your purchase.

The Smudge Stick spray smells very calming. I use it for an everyday cleanse before and after work. Seller has a very sweet soul and I know it's made with positive intentions. I will definitely order again. Ase!
